She’ll have to be in rehab for a year, but former Miss Russia Anna Malova was flashing a beauty-queen smile after getting sprung from Rikers Island yesterday after more than a month behind bars.

“I’m just very happy to get out. I feel fantastic, very happy,” she said after a Manhattan judge approved a deal for her to go to a Bronx inpatient drug-treatment facility.

Malova, 39, was busted in April for swiping a $10 hat and $135 sandals from a Union Square store while out on bail for a prescription-drug bust. She had allegedly swiped prescription pads from a psychi- atric office to buy Vicodin.

Judge Ellen Coin ordered her locked up last month for her failure to report on time for drug-treatment evaluations.

Under the terms of the deal, Malova will likely see the charges dropped if she completes the yearlong treatment program and stays out of trouble.

“She’s committed to getting well. This has been very tough for her,” said her lawyer, Robert Gottlieb.
