Cara McCollum, 24, took her final breath at 4:31 a.m. — surrounded by her family and boyfriend, Keith Jones — before passing away at Cooper University Hospital in Camden.

“Thank you all for this tremendous outpouring of love and support for my sweet, beautiful everything, Cara,” Jones, an anchor for NBC 10 in Philadelphia, wrote on Facebook.

He included a collage of photos of the two lovebirds throughout their year-long courtship, including a shot of them smooching and on a nighttime date ice-skating around Christmastime.

“Words fall short of describing the pain, but I’m eternally grateful and blessed for the time I spent with Cara,” Jones wrote. “Her enormous heart enriched my life and changed me forever.”

McCollum’s family donated her organs.

McCollum, a Princeton University graduate who worked at “SNJ Today,” competed in the 2014 Miss America pageant, which was won by Miss New York Nina Davuluri.

The combination of her driving too fast and the dangerous road conditions from the wintry mix last Monday evening caused her car to skid off Route 55, according to police.

She was not wearing a seat belt when the car slammed into a tree, spun around, hit two more trees and landed on an embankment.
