A deaf, autistic child was found wandering in lower Manhattan in the wee hours Sunday, just a block from NYPD headquarters.

The child’s mother, Leonore Del Valle, told cops she and her son live in Bayonne, NJ, but had been staying overnight with friends on Pearl Street when the 6-year-old sneaked out, still dressed in his pajamas.

The boy was found less than a block from where they were staying, and a cop brought him to the Fifth Precinct station house at around 2:30 a.m., sources said.

The boy was reunited with his mom at Lower Manhattan Hospital, after he was examined.
