A British tourist who went missing from Times Square last week was found safe in an uptown subway station early Saturday, cops said.

John Tench, 67, of Northumberland, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was discovered inside the 110th Street/Central Park 2 and 3 subway station around 1 a.m., authorities said. He was in “good condition,” according to cops.

Tench was watching street performers near the corner of 47th Street and Broadway around 10:15 p.m. on Thursday when his wife turned around for a moment. By the time she turned back toward her husband, he was gone, police said.

She searched up and down the street but couldn’t find him in the crowded tourist haven, so she called the cops to report him missing.

Because of his condition and his age, they quickly labeled him a missing person.
