Manhattan prosecutors are playing hardball with accused drunken anti-Semite, Detroit Tiger Delmon Young, gathering more evidence in the misdemeanor hate-crime assault case instead of offering a plea deal.

The $6.7 million-a-year outfielder was back in court yesterday on the case, which accuses him of shouting “F–king Jews!” while randomly attacking a slightly built male tourist in Midtown earlier this month.

Prosecutors told Young they had no plea offer to make yet, and have affidavits against him from at least two eyewitnesses.

Defense lawyer Daniel Ollen claims someone in the group Young attacked instigated the caught-on-video scuffle.

Young was in town to play the Yankees, but was suspended without pay for a week, and remains free on $5,000 bail. He faces up to a year in jail.
