The Justice Department hasn’t yet decided if three reputed Colombo crime-family members should face death when they go to trial next spring.

At a hearing yesterday in Brooklyn federal court, prosecutors said the matter is still under review in Washington, but Judge Brian Cogan said he expects the slay trial to begin in April.
