Suzanne Porcelli, who arranged appointments for a mob-run prostitution ring, got nine months under house arrest yesterday from a judge who rejected comparisons to ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s call-girl scandal.
The defense cited the Emperors Club VIP, a Spitzer fave, but Manhattan federal Judge Lewis Kaplan would have none of it.
