A veteran EMS lieutenant should lose his job for posting an inappropriate comment about a 911 call on his Facebook page, complete with a patient’s personal medical information, an administrative judge has ruled.

“Can’t make this up,” Lt. Michael Palleschi notified 460 “friends” on April 8, according to the trial record, posting a photo of his computer screen showing a call from a woman with a reported “swollen vagina.”
