Latvian lovely Alesia Riabenkova continued to insist Saturday that she had been raped by a fashion photographer despite DNA tests disproving her claims that he got her pregnant.

“He’s a piece of s–t!” Riabenkova railed at her luxury Flatiron building.

“This guy raped me, and he walk away from this,” complained the model, who has been on the covers of Glamour and Elle magazines.

As first reported by The Post, Riabenkova levelled accusations of rape after accepting the shutterbug’s invitation up to his nearby apartment back in October.

But after she had an abortion, the DA’s office tested the DNA of the fetus and determined it wasn’t his. The case was thrown out, said Tom Kenniff, the photog’s lawyer.

“I would hope Miss Riabenkova would think long and hard about continuing to falsely claim in public that my client assaulted her in any way,” Kenniff said.
