Sean Penn’s gorgeous swimsuit model ex, Jessica White, transformed Manhattan Criminal Court into a runway again, today — turning heads as she strutted on stratospheric silver stilettos to her court appearance on an October model-on-model slapdown.

The Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret stunner dressed all in black, and wore a skirt so short, she really could just as well have not bothered.

White was to have gone to trial today on misdemeanor charges that she slugged another model in a scuffle over a cab outside a nightclub.

Instead, she has switched lawyers — from Mark Jay Heller to David Smith — and that’s delayed the trial date until June 15. She is still insisting on rolling the dice before a judge rather than take the plea deal currently on the table: two days community service, two days of anger management, and $489.94 in restitution to the other gal, Vanessa Kia, 28.

“At this time there’s no interest in that offer,” Smith said.
