Marc Molinaro’s campaign for governor is running on financial fumes.

On Monday, the GOP contender reported just $210,835 in the bank — and that doesn’t count an outstanding $45,000 loan from running mate Julie Killian that needs to be repaid.

In comparison, Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s campaign reported sitting on a war chest of $9.2 million as the race heads into the final month.

Four years ago at this time, former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, the 2014 GOP candidate for governor, had $1.27 million to take on Cuomo.

The fundraising disparity puts Molinaro at a severe disadvantage considering the large enrollment advantage Democrats have in New York.

Barring a massive cash infusion, Molinaro will lack the resources to run TV ads before the Nov. 6 election.

Katy Delgado, a Molinaro campaign spokeswoman, charged that Cuomo was “threatening donors” to try to shut down his GOP opponent.

“After 12 years in statewide office and spending $25 million Andrew Cuomo is fighting for his life; that’s why he’s threatening donors, pollsters and civic organizations to try and deprive Marc’s campaign of resources,” she said a statement.

Cuomo campaign spokeswoman Dani Lever responded, “We know Marc is having another bad day – but this is getting pathetic and desperate even by his flailing campaign’s standards.”
