A distraught woman carrying her 2-month-old baby jumped in front of a moving subway train in the Bronx on Wednesday morning — and miraculously, neither of them was seriously hurt, officials said.
The woman leaped in front of a southbound 4 train at the 149th Street/Grand Concourse station while holding her infant son at about 9:45 a.m., just as the cars were pulling into the station.
The baby did not come into contact with the train at all, while the mother was under the train and suffered only minor injuries, cops said.
Both mom and baby were taken to Lincoln Hospital.
