The grieving mother of a 15-year-old who was fatally shot in the head in Harlem insisted Saturday that her son’s shooters “meant to kill him.”

“My son was a good boy,” said devastated Dawn Bluford, 47, whose son, Jeremiah Draper, suffered a life-ending gunshot to the head at around 9:35 p.m. Friday behind a building at the Saint Nicholas Houses on West 131st Street, according to police.

“They shot my son in the head,” the mother continued. “It’s not a stray bullet.”

Bluford, who lives with her family in the NYCHA complex where Draper was gunned down, said with her son’s death, she had lost “everything there is to miss. He was only 15.”
