A Harlem mom found her 5-month-old daughter dead inside their apartment Friday morning, cops said.

Little Tamiyah Davis was unconscious and unresponsive when her mother — who was out for a few hours — returned to the Second Avenue and East 124th Street apartment around 11:20 a.m., according to police.

Paramedics rushed the infant to Harlem Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The tot’s father and brothers, ages 8 and 17, were home at the time, authorities said.

The city Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
