A mom in China wants to boot her daughter and son-in-law from the $1.7 million lower Manhattan pad she bought them because they’re divorcing.

When Xiapei Jiang found out her daughter, Minxuan Hu, was pregnant in January 2013, she wired Minxuan and husband Xiaofeng

Hu funds for a West Street pad, her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit says.

But when they divorced in May, Jiang filed to be declared owner and to seek unspecified damages.
