The shattered mother of a Harlem woman who died from a black-market butt injection blasted the fake nurse who performed the deadly procedure as “not even human” in Manhattan court.

“You knew you wasn’t no nurse. You knew you didn’t go to no medical school. What right did you have to shoot anything into my child?” Bertie Bynum asked defendant Allison Spence just before she was sentenced to up to eight years in prison.

On July 15, 2017, Spence and her co-defendant, fake doctor Kevin Richardson, injected mother-of-two Latesha Bynum with silicone, which entered her blood stream, blocked her arteries and killed her.

“You’re not even human,” seethed Bertie, who was wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with an image of her daughter in a coffin.

“You see my shirt?” she yelled at Spence. “What I have to deal with. This is the way I have to see my baby, in a casket!”

During the verbal barrage, Spence, 46, looked down at the defense table with a pained expression.

Spence previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter and unauthorized practice of a profession in exchange for two to eight years behind bars.

Assistant DA Harrison Schweiloch read a statement from an unidentified second victim who was permanently disfigured from the same butt-plumping procedure.

“All the complications I’ve had from this, I think I’d rather be dead than watch my buttocks rot from the inside out,” the letter reads. “It’s not even the same color as my body anymore.”

Prosecutors say that Spence and Richardson performed countless cosmetic procedures at a now-shuttered Gramercy Park clinic, where they raked in thousands of dollars.

Richardson was sentenced to four to 12 years last September after pleading guilty to manslaughter and other charges.
