The mogul mom accused of killing her autistic son claimed yesterday she’s being illegally locked up at Rikers and should be allowed to buy temporary freedom.

Lawyers for Gigi Jordan asked a Civil Court judge to set $1 million cash bail and a $5 million bond, guaranteed by her ritzy brownstone at 320 W. 77th St.

Jordan is accused of killing her 8-year-old son with a prescription overdose at The Peninsula hotel on Feb. 5, 2010.
