Long Island Rail Road riders again found themselves facing massive delays and cancellations at Penn Station on Friday — this time because a man fell on the tracks and was electrocuted by the third rail, police said.

The man collapsed and fell from a platform, officials said.
Several trains were canceled or delayed as emergency services attended to the man, including trains between Penn and Long Beach, Babylon and Ronkonkoma.
Service was back to normal by about 4:20 p.m., said MTA spokesman Aaron Donovan.
Emergency workers took the man to New York-Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition.
