More ‘quiet’ trains
Metro-North is giving more commuters the silent treatment.
The MTA will be adding new “quiet cars” on some New Haven line trains Monday.
There will be 18 trains during the morning and evening rush that will have cars where loud chatting — be it cellphone or with fellow riders — is prohibited, along with noisy electronic devices.
