One man was shot and killed and another wounded early this morning when a drive-by assailant opened fire in Brooklyn, police said.

The victims had left a party on East 84th Street near Flatlands Avenue at around 2:40 a.m. when a car occupied by a pair of thugs drove up and the shooter fired two shots, police said.

One victim, 30, was hit in the torso and pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

The other man, 31, was also struck in the torso and is recovering at Brookdale.

It’s unclear if the men were targeted, and cops are still seeking a motive for the deadly gunplay.
