Two buses carrying schoolchildren crashed in The Bronx on Tuesday afternoon, sending 13 kids to the hospital with minor injuries, police sources said.

The Pioneer charter buses were near 149th Street and Grand Concourse in Mott Haven around 4:30 p.m. when the crash happened.

The children on board attend the Family Life Academy Charter School, which includes kindergartners through 8th-graders.

The injured children were taken to Lincoln Medical Center.
