Here’s the rundown:

* Gridlock will be on the agenda as President Obama speaks close to noon at Cooper Union to sell his case for a Wall Street crackdown. The White House is pre-spinning the plan by releasing excerpts of his speech that were made public early this morning.

* Mayor Bloomberg, who has loudly protested Obama’s plan, will be at the speech.

* Gov. David Paterson, who’s on a radio-interview blitz today, will be too.

* The Post’s Fred Dicker hosts State Sen. Eric Schneiderman, who’s running for state AG, on “Live from the State Capitol” on Talk 1300.
