A motorcyclist was killed when he lost control of his chopper and crashed in Queens, police said.
The victim, Christopher Tarry, 32, of East Flatbush, Brooklyn, was driving his Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Cooper Avenue towards Irving Avenue in Glendale at about 5:40 p.m. Friday when he “failed to properly navigate the roadway, fell to the pavement” and was thrown from the chopper, cops said.
The NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad is probing the crash. Wayne Carrington for NY PostEMS transported Tarry to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead from “severe body trauma,” authorities said.
