A 28-year-old motorcyclist died Monday morning after being hit by a suspected boozed-up, unlicensed driver in Brooklyn, police said.

The crash occurred on Ocean Parkway just before 4 a.m. when the motorcyclist, heading south, tried to make a left turn on Beverley Road in Kensington and was struck by an Infiniti q50, according to authorities.

When cops arrived, the biker had “trauma to the body” and was unconscious and unresponsive, police said.

EMTs rushed the man to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to cops.

Police said the 23-year-old driver of the Infiniti, Jasmin Morales-Cruz, stayed on scene and was taken into custody.

Morales-Cruz, of Brooklyn, was charged Monday afternoon with vehicular manslaughter, DWI and unlicensed operator, police said.

The three passengers in the Infiniti were also taken to Maimonides Medical Center for minor injuries, according to the NYPD.

Morales-Cruz was also treated at the hospital, where she was in stable condition Monday afternoon, cop said.
