A 27-year-old motorcyclist has died after a late-Saturday night crash in Brooklyn, according to police.
The man, whose name was being held pending the notification of his family, collided with a mini-van on his motorcycle just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday while both were heading south on Tompkins Avenue near Ellery Street, cops said.
The 2016 Honda Odyssey was trying to make a left onto Ellery Street from Tompkins Avenue when the 2015 Yamaha slammed into the mini-van, police said.
EMS rushed the motorcyclist to Bellevue Hospital where he died, according to police.
The mini-van driver remained on scene, cops said.
