A motorist was killed when his car slammed into an elevated train support pillar Saturday night in Queens, authorities said.

The 28-year-old motorist, Jeffrey McDonald, who lived nearby was heading west on Rockaway Freeway near Beach 25th Street just before 8 p.m. when his 2014 Lexus crashed into the steel beam under the A train tracks.

First responders pulled the unconscious man from the mangled luxury car, and rushed him to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, but he could not be saved.
