It’s too late for him to change his tune.

A judge yesterday tossed a $9 million-plus suit filed by songwriter Lamont Dozier over a deal to capitalize on his legendary Motown hits.

After initially suing Deutsche Bank in 2009, Dozier in May accused the bank of failing to set aside money to pay the taxes on $6 million worth of bonds backed by future royalties on such songs as “Baby, I Need Your Loving” and “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You).”

Manhattan federal Judge Lawrence McKenna said those charges “contradict allegations Dozier has consistently made in his pleadings since the inception of this litigation.”

Dozier’s lawyers declined to comment.
