Baby, baby, where did his indictment go?
Former Motown Records CEO Kedar Massenburg is dancing in the streets after Manhattan prosecutors yesterday dropped felony assault charges claiming he smashed a bottle over the head of an off-duty New Jersey cop during a June dust-up at B.B. King’s blues club.
The cop sparked the purely verbal dispute with the R & B impresario, said Massenburg’s lawyer, Stacey Richman.
