New Jersey movie theaters and other indoor performance venues can reopen this week with limited capacity, Gov. Phil Murphy announced Monday.
Murphy said he’s signing an executive order allowing for movie theaters and other indoor venues to reopen Friday from their coronavirus-induced closures.
Face masks and social distancing will be required and capacity will be capped at the lesser of 25 percent or 150 people, the governor said.
Earlier Monday, Murphy announced that indoor dining will be able to resume in the Garden State, also beginning on Friday at 25 percent capacity.
