Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Robert Miller yesterday rejected a lawyer’s pioneering request to use an MRI brain scan for the first time in a courtroom to prove his key witness in a sex-discrimination case is telling the truth.
The lawyer, David Zevin, is representing a woman who is suing her former temp agency for denying her assignments after she complained of being sexually harassed by one of its clients.
