A road rage incident ended with an angry motorist punching out a city bus driver on Manhattan’s East Side Wednesday, cops said.
MTA bus driver Kareem Daly, 36, told cops he was involved in a dispute with two men in another vehicle near E. 61st Street and Third Avenue around 6:30 p.m., according to police sources.
The vehicle the men were in then suddenly pulled in front of his bus, forcing Daly to stop.
A man jumped out of the car, climbed onto the bus and began socking him in the face, according to police. The unknown motorist then got back into his car and sped off.
Daly was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital for treatment. Police are looking for surveillance video of the incident.
