His mom didn’t even have time to pack a suitcase, but her baby, born on a subway train this week, has something to wear home today, courtesy of the MTA.

The agency sent Wanda Dueno and her new little guy, Libasse, a subway-theme set of presents yesterday at New York Downtown Hospital.

Libasse will look up from his crib at a MetroCard mobile while wearing a J-line onesie. He was born on a J train Wednesday.

“He’s gonna wear it to come home in,” said Libasse’s aunt, Porcha Banks.

The MTA also sent a subway-map teddy bear and a wooden J-line subway car.

Gifts for mom, who delivered the tiny commuter by herself in an empty subway car at about 1:30 a.m. near the Chambers street station, include a subway-token charm bracelet and two seven-day unlimited MetroCards.

Dueno, 24, now lives in Philly but was back visiting family.
