More than 8,000 non-union MTA workers will receive $150 million in raises, a memo obtained by The Post revealed.
The employees — who include managers, secretaries and planners — get 4 percent raises this year retroactive to 2013, and 2 percent increases for both 2015 and 2016.
The raises come just two months after the MTA hammered out a 17-percent wage hike for Long Island Rail Road workers over 6¹/₂ years, and a year before the agency slaps commuters with one of two fare hikes pegged to inflation.
While pay hikes factor into the fare increases, cost reductions in other areas will keep the fare hikes lower than expected, an MTA spokesman said.
