The MTA is looking to unload some properties.

The perpetually broke transit agency said yesterday it’s planning to sell or lease at least 15 of its properties, including its former headquarters at 370 Jay Street in Downtown Brooklyn.

The agency earlier announced it’s selling its current headquarters on Madison Avenue.
