An MTA subway conductor was punched in the face on a Brooklyn platform by a man he confronted for holding open the train doors on Wednesday night, police said.
The confrontation between the 27-year-old MTA worker and the suspect, who was still at large Wednesday night, happened about 7 p.m. at the Beverly Road station in Flatbush, cops said.
The two got into an argument before the suspect clocked the conductor, who fell back and hit head on the platform, police said.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect was described by police as in his 30s, wearing blue jeans, a dark jacket and a mask.
