The board of a luxury Upper East Side condo slapped the MTA with a $1 million suit Wednesday, claiming construction from the Second Avenue Subway line has caused substantial crumbling in the facade of the high-rise.

“Intense vibrations and tremors” have rattled the Theso Condo at 300 E. 71st St., according to the Manhattan civil suit.

The transit project’s “explosives-blasting, demolition, drilling and tunneling work . . . caused extensive damage to 30-40 of the building’s balconies,” according to court papers, driving down the value of the units.

An MTA spokesman declined to comment.
