Relatives of a Brooklyn couple killed in a Hasidic center in Mumbai’s 2008 terror attacks are suing Pakistan’s intelligence agency and a Kashmir-based terror group.

Rabbi Gavriel Noah Holtzberg and his pregnant wife, Rivka, were brutally gunned down in a commando-style attack that also took the life of their unborn child.

Their 2-year-old son, Moshe, was rescued by a center employee and now lives in Israel with his grandfather, one of the filers of the wrongful-death suit in Brooklyn federal court.
