A Brooklyn man serving 25 years to life for the 1993 murder of a drug dealer was put away by a corrupt prosecutor, a motion to vacate his conviction charges.
Tasker Spruill, 49, claims in Brooklyn Supreme Court that now-retired prosecutor Stanley Irvin rigged the 1998 trial through coercion, false witness testimony, and other means.
“We are reviewing the motion,” said a spokesperson for the district attorney. Irvin did not return messages.
