Law-enforcement sources believe that Christopher Duran, 14, was involved with the “280 crew” — which is affiliated with the notorious Crips street gang.

Since 2011, the crew has wreaked havoc in Morrisania section of The Bronx.

The gang has been responsible for murders, shootings, gun trafficking and narcotics distribution throughout the area.

Most “280” members are in their mid- to late teens and have had heated beefs with other drug-dealing neighborhood crews such as “6-Wild” — a violent group connected to the nationwide Bloods street gang.

Billy Sheridan, a retired gang investigator who served decades with the city’s Department of Correction, said he believes the suspect in Duran’s murder is a Bloods member, because he was wearing a red bandana in surveillance pics after the slaying.
