A Long Island woman told jurors yesterday that she blacked out one night five years ago, and woke up with a stranger from Australia raping her in a Manhattan hotel.

The now-28-year-old speech pathologist from Long Beach was out celebrating a gal pal’s birthday in the city on Aug. 14, 2005, when their group met several tourists from Down Under, including suspect David Green.

“I remember waking up,” said the victim, who believes the last beer she drank was drugged. “There was a man on top of me , having sex with me.”
