A disturbed woman attempted to abduct a baby in Central Park in broad daylight, according to cops. 

The 2-year-old boy was just steps away from his nanny when a complete stranger grabbed him from a swing in Heckscher playground on Tuesday around 10:30 a.m., cops said.

The sicko attempted to flee with the tot, but the little boy’s 27-year-old nanny sprang into action.

The caretaker intercepted the baby, who wasn’t injured in the attempted abduction, cops said.

The unidentified suspect, who is believed to be in her 30’s, then fled the park and remains at large.
