A former NYPD narcotics detective was acquitted yesterday of framing five Queens residents charged with selling drugs to an undercover cop.

Adolph Osback, 40, had been charged with perjury, falsifying police reports, official misconduct and other charges. “My client was 100 percent innocent,” said his attorney, Damien Brown.

Osback’s former partner Stephen Anderson, testified in Queens Supreme Court he saw Osback and other detectives planting drugs and framing innocent people to make themselves look good by boosting the number of their arrests.
