One of two narcotics cops charged with rewarding informants with seized drugs was cleared on all 18 counts yesterday.

Julio Alvarez could have gotten up to four years in prison if convicted, but he was found not guilty after a trial before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice John Walsh.

There was no verdict for his co-defendant, Detective Sean Johnstone.
