The seven-school Success Charter Network won approval for two more charter schools yesterday — including a controversial venture on the Upper West Side.

SUNY’s Executive Committee commended the proposed programs for the planned Harlem and Bronx schools. But the Harlem charter is already riling the community as network officials eye PS 145 as a potential site — and parents and officials at that school gripe that there isn’t room to house more students.
