Don’t plan to buy a Winchester on Westchester County property.

Freshly inaugurated County Executive George Latimer, a Democrat, signed an executive order Tuesday banning gun shows from county-owned property, including the Westchester County Center — reversing the policy of his Republican predecessor, Rob Astorino.
