Skateboarders were flying high yesterday after a totally rad new skateboard park opened in Queens that recreates popular New York stairways, plazas and walkways.

The $1.15 million skateboarding haven within Flushing Meadows Corona Park was built atop the Astral Fountain left behind from the 1964 World’s Fair. It is being paid for by the Maloof Brothers, who own the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.

“It’s so New York,” said legendary freestyle skateboarder Steve Rodriguez, who designed the 16,000-square-foot park for the city.
