A 19-year-old was arrested and hit with a slew of assault charges Thursday in connection with the mob beatdown of a couple during an out-of-control illegal car meet-up in Queens last month, according to authorities.

Justin Aguilera was charged with gang assault, assault, riot, and trespassing for his alleged role in attacking a husband and wife Nov. 22 when a mob of rowdy drivers took over a street corner in Malba and lit a parked car on fire, the NYPD announced on Thursday.

While cops escorted Aguilera out of the NYPD’s 109th Precinct stationhouse Thursday night, the teenage thug hung his head low and shot the occasional piercing glare at snapping photographers and reporters.

The shocking assault unfolded when a bunch of out-of-control drivers descended on South Drive and 141st Street, doing donuts and speeding over lawns around 12:30 a.m.

Homeowner Blake Ferrer – clutching a baseball bat as his wife stood next to him – told the ruffians to get off his property, according to prosecutors.

But then between six and eight delinquents stepped onto Ferrer’s lawn, with one of the still-at-large menaces threatening, “I’ll pop you. I’ll put you six feet under. You’re not hard,” the Queens DA’s office said.

One member of the violent crew started to advance toward Ferrer’s front door, but the homeowner blocked his path, prosecutors said.

That’s when the violence escalated, with that same suspect punching him to the ground, according to the criminal complaint.

That attacker’s pals then jumped into the fray – repeatedly punching, kicking and stomping on the victim as he lay on the ground, the court doc said.

When Ferrer’s wife stepped in to stop the beatdown, Aguilera allegedly turned on her – punching her in the mouth, prosecutors charged.

He later claimed to cops that the wife hit him first, so he pushed her away – but stopped once he realized it was a woman – so he started punching the husband instead, according to the complaint.

Ferrer suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and swelling on the back of his head, among other injuries, and was taken to York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.

Aguilera was picked up hours later, minutes before 4 a.m., when cops spotted him cruising in his Chevy Silverado at Union Turnpike and Utopia Parkway with an obstructed license plate and taillights that were not illuminated, the DA’s office said.

Aguilera’s license was determined to be suspended, so he was arrested and released with a desk appearance ticket, police said.

Investigators ultimately determined that Aguilera – who was wearing a distinctive hoodie with the words “Fastlane Fashion” at the time of the car stop – was also involved in the earlier beatdown, and he was arrested again on Thursday, prosecutors said.

Queens Criminal Court Judge Glenda Hernandez ordered Aguilera held on $100,000 cash and $300,000 bond, over prosecutors’ request that he be held without bail.

He could spend 25 years in lock-up if convicted.

“Our streets are shared spaces and they are never racetracks. My office will not allow illegal takeovers of our neighborhoods,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement. “This violent incident has outraged our city…. I thank our police partners for apprehending this defendant as we continue to look for all others involved.”

Previously released NYPD photos showed two male suspects aged between 18 and 24.

It took Big Apple cops almost half an hour to respond to the mob because they had their hands full with other calls, and the incident was first reported as drag racing.

Police brass promised to step up patrols in the typically quiet Malba neighborhood “to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
