New raps vs. Qns. ‘shooter’
A Queens man already in custody for allegedly shooting at two cops in Jackson Heights while wearing a fake beard and glasses pleaded not guilty yesterday to a host of federal weapons charges.
Antonio Olmeda, 54, was charged with illegally possessing a .45-caliber semi-automatic handgun and .38-caliber revolver when NYPD officers arrested him in December 2011.
He faces up to 60 years if convicted. His lawyer did not seek bail.
