Police have released new composite sketches in hopes of identifying a Harlem man whose skeletal remains were found in 1997— reigniting an investigation that has run cold for nearly 30 years.
Police found the remains of an unidentified man inside a building on West 121st Street on Aug. 1, 1997, cops said.
Police are seeking help in identifying a man whose skeletal remains were found in a Harlem building in 1997. NYPDHe was approximately 20 to 30 years old at his time of death and was roughly 6 feet tall.
The city’s medical examiner is still unsure of the unidentified young man’s cause of death.
