The city’s “first landlords” got ready for their new tenants Sunday.

Mayor Bill de Blasio’s wife, Chirlane McCray, tidied up at their vacated Park Slope house. An hour later, she emerged with a bag full of trash.

De Blasio, who decamped with his family to Gracie Mansion in July, recently rented the $1.4 million, three-bedroom, one-bath Brooklyn house to an unidentified family for $4,975 a month.
